Aikamoinen puutarha

Omasta puolestani voin sanoa, että kiitos kaikille kuluneesta vuodesta. Tämä on ollut aika uskomaton kokemus, enkä olisi vuoden alussa ikinä voinut uskoa innostuvani Euroviisujen takia niin pahasti kahdesta aivan erityylisestä artistista, että matkustan heidän keikoilleen toisiin kaupunkeihin ja uskaltautuisin ihmisjoukkoihin yksin. Liioin en olisi uskonut, että alan opetella sloveenia ymmärtääkseni paremmin jonkun artistin tekstejä, roikun yöt katsomassa keikkojen livelähetyksiä (yleensä sitä kusista kivilaatua), innostun yrittämään fanfictionin kirjoittamista pitkän tauon jälkeen, enkä olisi ainakaan uskonut, että innostun niin syvästi keskustelemaan anonyymipalstalla ja kiinnyn niin pahasti sen hulluun huumoriin ja omituiseen yhteisöön aallokoista huolimatta, että palaan tänne kerta toisensa jälkeen, vaikka taukojakin olen onnistunut pitämään. K&B ja heidän yhteytensä on tuonut paitsi tämän kummallisen yhteisön yhteen myös valoa omaan, aika kurjaan henkilökohtaiseen elämääni. (Vaikka tuntuukin vähän ikävältä näin vuoden lopuksi todeta, että K&B ja heidän musiikkinsa oli se suurin ja lähestulkoon ainoa valopilkku koko vuoden aikana. Ehkä ensi vuosi on parempi.)

En oikeastaan koskaan käytä nimimerkkiäni muutoin kuin paatin hätätilanteissa, mutta menköön nyt tämän kerran, niin voitte todeta, että on tällä laivanrakentajainsinöörilläkin jotain syvempää nimimerkin taustalla. Enkä edes ole insinööri tosielämässä.

Helmikuussa tulee JO uusi sinkku!

Ai niin tuleekin no kyllähän sit jaksaa oottaa kun joka kuukausi jotain tapahtuu kuitenkin

 

Tuosta tulee mieleen se keikka-autovideo, jossa Bojanilla on Bulbasaur-pipo ja kiekuu Are you ja sitten he hidastukset Nacen kasvoista.

Olisiko energiamammalla tuoreita poimintoja etenkin K:n tunnelmista? En osaa edes selittää miksi, mutta mulle jäi eilisistä pätkistä jotenkin semmoinen olo että joku juttu saattaa hiertää mieltä. Ei vaikuttanut yhtä rennolta kuin yleensä?

Hey all, a quick gig report from JO's gig in Ljubljana.
It was a great gig, much better than I expected. I didnt doubt JO would be anything but awesome, but since this was free access gig, I was a but nervous about the crowd. I'm also terrified of firecrackers and other stupid stuff that people throw but luckily there was none of that. It was the first time I wasnt that near the stage (I was at about 50m away) which was a different experience than usual. The sound was really really great, which I absolutely love, and the sound level was just perfect too. The stage was really nice, as you can see in some of madam c's posts with the castle visible in the back, and all the xmas lights in the park and nearby building made it really pretty. The stage lighting was great, they also had 3 big screens, with a bunch of cameras recording and switching up between which camera was broadcasting was really well done. This had to be strictly JO's team work because the screens were on only for JO, during Šank rock's gig (band who played before JO) they were just showing some promo stuff.
They wore the same clothes as in Novo mesto except B had a different jacket, I think. I love these jackets/sweaters/coats, I think they fit their personalities/style so well. And dont worry, those even sweaters were more than warm enough, when we arrived at 7pm it was 9C and no wind. Plus the lights, jumping around... it was super warm in the crowd as well.
They played the whole setlist, didnt skip any songs this time. Kris sang ngvot. There was no Demoni scream, B asked the crowd to release the demons instead. B seemed in a very good mood, Jan also looked like he's feeling better. B looked particularly moved during Novi val. He talked about how this is the second time they are playing at this location, the first time was in 2017 when they were just starting and how amazing it is that the second time they play here, there is so many people. It was a looot of people, we were quite squished together, but it was more relaxed at the edges of the crowd. The crowd was very mixed, I've never seen so many boys and men at a JO concert. There was a group of teenage gurls behind us so during Dopamin, it was Zameeeeeee girl choir again. (I know some of you know what I'm talking about). In front of us, there were 5 guys aged around 20 wearing hoodies and loose clothes. At first they were just standing there watching, during Demoni they came to life and started swaying. They loved Ona too. They were really into dancing by Umazane misli and by Carpe diem they were jumping like crazy. It was really fun to see. As I was in the fan pit during my previous JO concerts where everyone sings all the songs and seems to love all songs almost equally, it was really interesting to see which songs got more reaction at this gig. CD was obvious, but I was also surprised at the crazy reaction during Umazane misli, it was really awesome to see. Even after the concert as the crowd started to spill into the streets, groups of people were still singing UM.

Mä oon miettinyt tuota spiikkiä, että mitähän se sillä tarkoitti? Kun ei mun mielestä mitään raflaavia otsikoita nyt ole näkynyt vai onko mulla mennyt jotain ohi?

Ei minusta ole ollut erityisiä kohuja nyt, mutta ehkä liittyy mm. siihen, että leimattu rahanahneeksi kun keikkapalkkiopyyntö on kasvanut paljon. Hän on ollut tosi paljon lööpeissä viime viikkoina mm. OF:n ja Linnan juhlien takia ja ehkä se "kokonaiskuorma" on tuntunut raskaalta, vaikkei olisikaan ollut mitään yksittäistä tosi ikävää?

 

Tässä vauvalle laittamani kirjoitus myös tänne puolelle, koska molemmilla palstoilla tasapuolisesti seilailen Erityiskiitos Puutarhan rauhallisesta, kiireettömästä ja pohdiskelevasta seurasta teille kaikille. Olette tärkeitä !
Tämä vuosi on ollut ehkä koko elämäni hulluin. En olisi ikinä kuvitellut villeimmissä ajatuksissanikaan ajautuvani fanittamaan suomalaista räppäriä ja slovenialaista indiebändin laulajaa, saatika shippaavani heidän suhdettaan. Varsinkaan kun sanavarastooni ei edes kuulunut sana shippi, eivätkä myöskään sanat fandom, fanficci jne.
On ollut mielettömän hauskaa seilata tässä omituisessa universumissa, joka jotenkin on itse rakentanut itsensä, aivan samoin kuin päähenkilömme ovat tuntuneet itse luovan omaa shippiään meidän vain seuratessa vierestä. En edes tiedä, kuinka tavallista se on shippikulttuurissa.
Hauskaa ja jotenkin hellyttävääkin on se, kuinka nopeasti tälle yhteisölle on kehittynyt oma slangi, jota vain me täällä matkaavat ymmärrämme. Kusinen kivi, yksityishenkilö, titanicinovi, nautadom, puutarha, horny jail, laivanrakentaja, kostopitsi, pyykkicase, vaeltava vasen käsi, kamelinvarvas, uusimpana longinomies... lista on pitkä (ja olisi hauska saada talteen tärkeimmät ) ja lisäksi tietenkin fandomiin liityvien henkilöiden lyhenteet B, K,G,C,A jne, tämä kaikki on meille selvää tekstiä, jollekin ulkopuoliselle täyttä hepreaa !
Tämän palstan yhteisöllisyys on myös tuntunut ihanalta, kaikista vastoinkäymisistä ja riidoistakin huolimatta. Normaaliin elämäänkin kuuluu myrskyjä, miksei sitten tänne meidän rinnakkaistodellisuuteemme? Niistä on kuitenkin joka kerta selvitty ja vaikka muutaman kerran ollaan karille karahdettu, pelastautumissuunnitelmat ovat joka kerta toimineet ja laivanrakentaja on ahkeroinut meille uuden aluksen, kiitos siitä!
Meillä on täällä luultavasti koossa hyvin sekalainen seurakunta ja se jos mikä on todellinen rikkaus. Puheenaiheet ovat lainehtineet sukankudonnasta seksuaaliseensuuntautumiseen ja kaikkeen siltä väliltä, varsinaisen shippauksen ohella. Palstalla viljelty huumori on ollut ihan parasta ja kahvitauolta on monestikin tullut hätäinen lähtö vessan puolelle nauramaan. Mutta onhan täällä haikeitakin hetkiä ja pettymyksiä jaettu ja silloin on ollut ihanaa, kun on ollut tämä yhteisö. Koska ainakaan itselläni ei ole irl ketään kuka tästä kaikesta mitään ymmärtäisi.

Even after the concert as the crowd started to spill into the streets, groups of people were still singing UM.
