According to the text, equality training means giving the migrant women education wich will help them to influence their own issues an help them to recognize inequality. When migrant woman knows how to recognize inequality, she is able to see and understand the racialized and genered structures in the Finnish society, and to understand how they affect her possesion as a migrant women. But yet again, the inequalities are found in the gender oders of migrant communities and migrant families, but not in the Finnish society.
