Actually. They are a very cool audience. Very dedicated, during the concert, they "give back" a lot to the band, a lot of energy. Not that other fans don't, but like you said, because North is so distant from us, maybe that's why that surprised us.

You're welcome. Yeah, like I said, I do think they know what to expect when they go in with such interviewers. This interview and the other radio interview they did in particular to promote their gig in Maribor which isn't sold out yet. I think they could also reject such interviews if it bothered them that much and made sure to promote in other ways. But it seems they just laugh it off for the most part. Maybe that will change in the future if they continue to grow.

Mutta joo, itselle tämä shippaus/ficit ovat käytännössä ainoa asia elämässäni mitä salailen, vaikka olen jotain kertonut näistä yhteisöistä about kaikille hyville kavereilleni (muut tietävät, että kyse on musafanituksesta ja yhdelle ystävälle olen puhunut K&B-"ystävyydestä"). Ja se on kurjaa, koska itselleni tässä on niin paljon merkityksellistä, ja fanficit ovat auttaneet prosessoimaan tosi syviä juttuja tavalla, mitä mikään muu fiktio ei ole koskaan tehnyt. Siis vaikka fanficissä ei näkisi mitään outoa tai tuomittavaa, niin se silti leimautuu käytännössä hömpäksi ja minulle ja monelle muullekin se on oikeasti ns. syvällistä.

Eilen mietin sitä, miten Joksut ovat rohkaistuneet paljon viime aikoina ja miten uskon sen ainakin osittain liittyvän Jereen, myös Krisin ja Nacen kohdalla. Ja uskon myös, että heistä OF-homma on oikeasti tosi cool, että heidän suomalainen supertähtiystävänsä uskaltaa ja voi tehdä noin. Tai Jere ei mieti, mitä voi tehdä tai ei voi, vaan tekee, erittäin badass.

En usko, että Balkanilla kukaan artisti tekisi tuota, paitsi ehkä bulgarialainen Azis, ja hänen brändissään homoerotiikka on nimenomaan erittäin shokeeraavaa (siis kun täällä päin maailmaa vaikkapa kaksi miestä suutelemassa, millaista kuvastoa hän on käyttänyt, on shokeeraavaa ja aidosti kauhistuttaa ja jopa puistattaa useimpia).

Aattelen, että tää on keskustelumme kaikkien meidän ja arvokasta, että aihe koskettaa monia<3 Joten just mahtavaa, että useilla herää ajatuksia tästä, jakakaa todellakin ihmeessä, jos tuntuu siltä lyhyesti tai pitkästi tai paloissa vaikka, kun ajatus ja hetki on sopiva siihen!

Nämä ajatukset ja pohdinnat erityisesti seksuaalisuuden ja fanfictionin ulottuvuuksista ja mahdollisuuksista tutkailla itseä sen kautta kyllä osui tänne paljon. Melkein aivan pompin innosta täällä viestiä lukiessa, kun oon tosi paljon kokenu samalla lailla. Nyt näiden sanojen kautta hoksasin taas lisää, miksi tää on tuntunut osuvalta tavalta ymmärtää lisää itsestä ja tutkia seksuaalisuuden monia ulottuvuuksia.

Myös tuo omassa hallinnassa -näkökulma on tosi totta itselle. En välttämättä usko, että osaan seksuaalisuuden ulottuvuuksista olisin törmännyt tai lähtenyt tutkimaan ainakaan tällä hetkellä tai tässä mittakaavassa ilman tätä, joten tää on ollu hienoa lähestymistä montaa juttua kohtaan, mikä on avannu lisää ovia ja näkymiä itsessä ja seksuaalisuudessa ja sen ilmaisussa.

Tähän väliin ajatusjuoksu aiheista fanfic/seksuaalisuus/kuvittelun ja mielikuvituksen voima:
Mielikuvituksen voima on varmaan nykyään fantasioihin liittyen helpommin hyväksytty ja ymmärretty (ja tavallaan myös ihannoitu tai ainakin enemmän siihen suuntaan, millä tarkoitan, että valtamedioissakin kannustetaan siihen tai "embracing" asenne fantasioihin vs mikä on ollut ehkä asenneilmapiiri vaikka vuosikymmeniä sitten, en tiiä mutta luulisin.) Jotenkin luulisin, että fanficceihin liittyen (=fanficin eroottiseen ulottuvuuteen) mielikuvituksen voimaan ei yleisesti ts sen parissa olevien ulkopuolella kuitenkaan suhtauduta samalla lailla ainakaan vielä. Ehkä voi liittyä jotenkin siihen fanfic-maailman moniulotteisuuteen (ei ole esim. pelkästään eroottisia tekstejä etc vaan se voi olla tosi montaa asiaa, monia määrittelyjä ja monenlaista sisältöä ja merkityksiä eri ihmisille). Voiko myös liittyä siihen, että helposti asiat halutaan määritellä yhdellä tavalla ja mennä mustavalkoisuuteen, esim. jos jokin juttu, ihminen tai asia on yhtä asiaa, niin välillä joillain voi tarvita ymmärryksen laajentamista, että hän voi olla samaan aikaan myös montaa muuta asiaa, eivätkä ne ole poissulkevia vaan voivat olla yhtä totta ja vielä samaan aikaankin.

Jos haluat avata lisää ajatuksia sun kirjoittamasta aiheesta tai mistä vaan, niin ois mahtavaa kuulla enemmänkin tästä. Tää sun ajatuksen kuvailu oli tosi avartava itselle, ja seksuaalisuus/fanfic-ulottuvuus ja niiden mahdollisuudet on ollut mulle merkittävä juttu tässä matkassa. Täällä ollaan vähemmän täällä juteltu aiheesta, niin on kyllä niin kivaa ja arvokasta, että tästäkin ulottuvuudesta voidaan avata kokemuksia!

He says that? Oh, no... But he did say in an IG story after the march gigs were published that they have lots of concerts booked in the Balkans, so hopefully that helps? Although if none are in Slovenia and they're just playing in festivals elsewhere in the region, that might be a bit hard for some to swallow...
