Stay away if you can. So many problems. After booking and paying for a holiday, we checked the airline pages to find that the baggage payments hadn't been included. We complained to Top10, to be told don't worry. We had to complain constantly for the company to add the baggage nd only the day before the flight (were they holding onto the money for as long as possible?). The day before our trip, they set an email changing the hotel. They blamed the hotel, but It would not have surprised me if Top10 had waited too long to pay for the room (collect interest?), or this had been their plan all along. From a 5 star hotel to a 4 star, they offered one sun lounger as compensation. We requested free wifi for the room, which Top10 promised but did not tell the hotel about- the hotel refused. The hotel blamed Top10 for any miscommunication- Top10 blames everyone except themselves. When changing the hotels, they didn't even provide new travel documents for the hotels. How much money did they save with the change? The airport transfer time was also changed, but we were not told about the change.
