Demand Planner
Your main task is to manage and develop logistics and demand planning in an evolving and growing FMCG business environment in accordance with Janssen-Cilag 's business objectives. Demand planning and replenishment form the very core of your assignment.
You focus on providing a comprehensive demand planning service to the consumer business operating under Janssen-Cilag Oy/Ltd by managing and reporting the agreed KPI's and by monthly monitoring the inventory levels and ensuring that all NPI activity is integrated into supply plans in a timely manner. You submit monthly gross requirements data to regional planning organizations, maintain stock projection reports, manage replenishment orders and supply issues as needed. You have the ownership of the relevant processes. Additionally, creating and maintaining the Master Data within supply chain systems and providing relevant input and support also belong to your responsibilities together with continuously improving the operations.
We are looking for a person who has 3-5 years experience in FMCG in supply chain management, the emphasis being on demand planning and forecasting, preferably in international markets. You have a university level or equivalent business or technical education. Besides having a commercially aware mindset, your work approach is analytical, independent, solution-oriented as well as proactive and you are able to manage change. As a communicator you are convincing, fluency in English is required.
