Voisiko joku minua viisaampi kääntää tekstin englanniksi. Itse osaan kyllä puhua ja ymmärrän englantia, mutta oikein kirjoitus ja kielioppi on minulle hepreaa! Olisi pitänyt aikoinaan opiskella kunnolla, nyt siitä sitten kärsitään!

Tartteisin englanniksi käännettyn seuraavan tekstin:

Olen erittäin kiinnostunut asunnosta, mutta pystyisin muuttamaan vasta 1.11 alkaen eli en niin pian kuin ehkä toivoisit? Haluaisin asunnon myös vuokrata vähintään kolmeksi vuodeksi.
Kuuluuko asuntoon varastokomeroa? (kääntäjät huom. häkkivarastoa tarkoitan mikä lie englanniksi)
Takuu ja ensimmäisen kuun vuokra ennen muuttoa on ok, tottakai

Jos muuttoajankohta ja vuokrasuhteen pituus sinulle ok niin sovitaan sitten tarkemmin asiosta

Jos kyse on sellaisesta asunnosta täällä kotimaassa, missä omistaja on itse ulkomailla syystä tai toisesta (vielä yllättäen jounut palaamaan sinne), niin voi olla parempi unohtaa koko juttu. Noita huijauksia on ollut paljon, hienoja nettisivustojakin on tehty tuollaista huijausta varten, toimisto muka, mistä saa hakea avaimen maksettuasi tilille rahaa.
 
I am very interested in renting your apartment/house (?). Unfortunately I am not able to move until November 1 which I understand is a bit later than you were hoping for. I would like to rent the apartment/house for a minimum of three years.
Does the apartment/house include any additional storage?
Naturally I will pay the deposit and first month's rent before the moving date.
Please let me know if the moving date and the length of the lease are acceptable to you, and we can move ahead with other details.

I work and is very hard for me to come in Finland. I can't take the risk to leave my new job .five days ago I was in Finland to meet with a client but when I arrived in Finland the never responded to my e`mails and now i need to be sure 100 % before i come in Finland we do the rent papers then i can come back.
So i can be sure of that look how we can do:
You make the payment your name example in the name of your father, son, brother,friend,husband etc.......) NOT MY NAME but put address Germany country destination using Western Union for 1 months rent + 1 month rent security deposit that means 1200 EURO and send me the scanned receipt. As soon as I see the scanned receipt that you have made the payment, I will come in Finland and you will see the flat and maybe rent it. After that, we will go together at the Western Union office and you will take the money back and pay me.So all you have to do is to find a Western Union office and wire 1200 EURO from your name to name of your father, cousin, brother etc.......) and send the scanned receipt . I am asking you this to be sure that I do not come in Finland for nothing.The Western Union transfer fee i will pay you back cash when we meet to show you the flat. As soon as I have the confirmation from Western Union that the money are available on his name I stop the transactions with all the other customers.You must understand correctly the situation you don't need send me any money,only prove that have the money until the day you want to see the apartment for keep this flat for you ,this is my warranty. After i show you the flat , we go both to WU office and change the receiver name with my name for can take the money when i back in Germany.
I expect your decision about this if you want rent my flat because i have more people interested in rented
apartment.

Is storage cupboards housing? Deposit and the first month's rent before you move is ok, of course

If the migration time and the length of the tenancy you ok so agreed, then further factor sparking

Ihan mahtava. Mä kyllä vastailisin ja vedättäisin tyyppiä niin kauan kuin mahdollista. Rattoisaa ajanvietettä. Mistä näitä ilmoituksia löytää? Mulle ei tule enää edes nigerialaiskirjeitä.
 
Tää oli torissa ja ihan selvällä suomenkielellä oli vuokrausilmoitus, kunnes tänään sitten tuli viestiä s.postiin.
Tosin nyt kun katosin, niin poistunut oli jo ilomoitus.

Naurattaa oikein ja jatkan aivan varmasti niin pitkään kuin mahdollis
ta, on ainakin joku "kirjeenvaihtaja" tylsiksi hetkiksi kotisohvalla :)
